Takacs Talks Upcoming ND Stop

As the son of an alum, George Takacs grew up a Notre Dame fan and had the chance to visit South Bend in that capacity.

As an emerging tight end in the Class of 2018, Takacs took advantage of an opportunity to participate in last summer’s Irish Invasion camp, so he’s visited South Bend as a recruit as well.

Still, after receiving a scholarship offer from Notre Dame earlier this month, the 6-foot-7, 235-pounder’s next visit to Notre Dame, which comes this week, will be a bit different.
