Notre Dame has turned into Competition U, a strategy that has been successful for many programs as of late. The Irish aren’t just competing on the field, but the ‘neighborhoods’ created by Brian Kelly have created competition off the field. There hasn’t been a day since the Irish returned from Christmas Break that they haven’t competed.

“We have tried to create competition in everything we have been doing for the last few months,” Kelly said on Friday.
