2025 WR Tanook Hines Enjoys Notre Dame Visit
After taking an unofficial visit to Notre Dame this weekend, Tanook Hines knows at least one thing…
He will be back.
“Everything went good,” the 2025 Texas receiver told Irish Sports Daily.
Hines spent time with receivers coach Tanook Hines, assistant Marty Biagi and head coach Marcus Freeman.
“They were just showing me everything, the offense, the campus,” the 6-foot-1, 190-pounder said. “I just really liked the environment. It was really exciting.
“Whenever somebody just scored a touchdown, everybody would run over there. They are all like a family, basically. I liked the energy when I walked in there.”
Hines was impressed with what he saw from the new offense as well as the academic opportunities.
“They were telling me a degree from Notre Dame can go a long way,” Hine said. “They were showing me people from the past who were successful. It can help me in the long term, not just with football.”
Hines said he will be back for an official visit on June 14th.
He also has official visits set to Arizona State (April 19th), Arkansas (June 7th), USC (June 21st) and Baylor (TBD).
The Dekaney High School star will choose between one of the five this summer.
