The interest from Notre Dame seemed to come out of the blue for Tre'Shon Devones‍.

Earlier this month, the former Rice cornerback received a message from Irish GM Chad Bowden through Instagram. Devones, who entered the Portal back in February, was excited about the idea of Notre Dame being a possibility, but Bowden gave it to him straight.
