Notre Dame will host one of the the country’s most successful programs over the last 20 years next fall as the Fighting Irish have announced Boise State will come to Notre Dame Stadium in 2025.

The two teams will clash on October 4, 2025 and it will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs and the first time Boise State has played in the state of Indiana.

Boise State and Notre Dame rank in the top 10 among FBS programs in all-time winning percentage, with the Irish at .730 and the Broncos checking in at .725.

In 2023, Boise State won its fifth Moutain West title and was bowl-eligible for the 26th consecutive season.

Notre Dame owns a record of 32-6 against current Mountain West programs, including going 16-4 at home.

The game will replace a previously scheduled contest between Boise State and Houston, which had to be postponed with the Cougars moving to the B12.
