On an October day in Los Angeles, Penn State beat USC by throwing for 400 yards. Their tight end, Mackey Award winner Tyler Warren, announced himself to the country as a star. He had 17 catches for 224 yards. Quarterback Drew Allar, a former 5-star recruit, had the most pass attempts of his career in a comeback victory.

Then came Ohio State.

The Buckeyes didn’t allow Warren to be a game wrecker. He definitely had an impact in the game.
