Film Don't Lie | Tiki Hola
Notre Dame continued their run on the defensive line by adding Tiki Hola to their 2026 class. He has the chance to become a great run defender and though he is aligned at end in a three down front for his high school program, he projects to play as a nose guard for the Irish.
He’s a highly productive prospect who racked up 102 tackles as a defensive lineman last season.
Height: 6’3”
Weight: 285
Projected Position: Defensive tackle
ISD Grade: 91 (4-star)
National Average Grade: 90.2 (4-star)
What he does best:
Hola can be a beast at the point of attack. He plays with good leverage and does a nice job of establishing his hands.
His punch is consistent. He flashes violent hands and that’s something that many player never develop.
No one racks up triple digit tackles as a defensive lineman without having a great motor. Hola doesn’t give up on plays and his effort is a huge part of what makes him a very good prospect.
What he needs to improve:
He’s raw as a pass rusher. He has to develop his hands and work an edge more often. He projects to be a two-down player right now and he’ll need some work for that to change.
What’s his ceiling?
I see Hola as a nose tackle and think he has the potential to develop into a stud against the run. I love his punch and his motor. At 285 with his arm length, I see no issues with him getting to 300+ at Notre Dame and carry that well.
I don’t know if he’ll ever become a high impact pass rusher, but his motor and the violence he plays should translate very well. I see a lot of similarities to former Notre Dame DT Kurt Hinish, a multi-year starter and culture-setter for the Irish. Hola can be a bigger version of Hinish, but he’ll play with the same mentality.
Who he could be:
