Brayden Robinson‍ made his final official visit of the process this weekend, when the 2026 Texas receiver made another trip to Notre Dame.

“It went pretty good,” Robinson told Irish Sports Daily.

“I pretty much got to see the whole campus there. Then, we got to go downtown a little bit, to hang out and see the new renovations they're going to have for the new facility and stuff like that.”

Robinson, who had already taken official visits to Arizona and Miami, appreciated the opportunity to spend time with the current players.

“It was good just getting to meet with actual players and get their points of view on certain things,” the Red Oak High School star said. “The receiver group is pretty tight, so that was definitely fun to be around.”

Robinson also enjoyed spending time with fellow receiver recruits Kaydon Finley and Devin Fitzgerald.

“We were all together so it was good hanging out with them, actually having conversations with them and stuff like that,” he said.

Robinson was also able to reconnect with 2026 Irish quarterback commit Noah Grubbs.

“We were all kind together as a group, but we did have time to talk by ourselves,” he said of himself and Grubbs. “It was always good. He let me know he wanted me to be here with him.”

Robinson also enjoyed spending more time talking about how he’d fit in Notre Dame’s offense.

“It was good actually seeing where I would be in the system,” the 5-foot-8, 165-pounder said. “They showed how I could have an impact. It was good.”

Robinson was again impressed by Marcus Freeman’s personality away from the field.

“That's what I like about Coach Freeman,” said Robinson. “He is a great football coach and everything, but everything is not about football with him. He cares about you more as a person and what you can do after football and life in general.

“From what I've been hearing from other aspects, he looks out for the players like that, so he is a players coach.”

Robinson isn’t quite ready to start ranking his schools yet after noting that Miami picked up some ground on the Irish with last week’s official visit.

“I still have to go home and talk to my parents about it and see where everything lines up,” he said.

Robinson is set to announce his decision on July 20th, his mother’s birthday.

“I definitely feel like the official visits made it harder. Every place I've been, I loved. It's just a matter of fact where I feel most comfortable and who I see myself around.”
