We’ve tightened our ISD 2027 Target List in an extreme way with the calendar flipping to the New Year. 

By definition this list will change over the next year; and it will change in dramatic ways, both as some targets become Notre Dame commits while others train their interest on other schools. Prospects will be added and prospects will be removed. 

There may be some names that are noticeably absent right now.
