Potential Notre Dame DB Coach Candidates

Notre Dame is losing defensive backs coach/defensive pass game coordinator Mike Mickens to the Baltimore Ravens. An elite coach at identifying and developing talent, he will not be easy to replace.

This isn’t the first time Marcus Freeman has had to replace an assistant who has moved on to the NFL, though. He’s already had to replace Brian Mason, Chris O’Leary, and Deland McCullough after they took jobs with NFL franchises.
