Marcus Fakatou returned to Notre Dame thinking he might be reminded of why the Irish once sat at the top of his list.
He was.
The 2027 California defensive lineman returned to South Bend for this past weekend’s Blue-Gold Game and came away with a renewed perspective on where Notre Dame stands in his recruitment.
“It was amazing,” Fakatou told Irish Sports Daily.
