For the longest time, I’ve been preaching, praying…willing that Notre Dame could somehow land a coach who both had the drive and personality to recruit at a high level, but also identify and attract top coaches.  They’d need to develop the talent on hand, and build the kind of culture that you need to win big at ND.

Much, much, much easier said that done.
