ISD Intel: Irish True Contenders For Julius Irvin

Alright, it’s official, at least in our minds: Notre Dame is truly in the race for Julius Irvin‍.

While it seemed much more likely the 2018 California defensive back would stay out West and head to either USC or Washington, after a visit from Notre Dame on Wednesday, we’re told the Irish are absolutely in play for the Servite High School standout.
