Initially, it didn’t look like Brandon Smith‍ would be able catch a practice at Notre Dame during his Midwestern spring break swing. The elite 2019 Virginia linebacker locked in a stop at South Bend for April 4th, between trips to Michigan and Ohio State, but Wednesday wasn’t a practice day for the Irish.
