Evaluation never stops for a football program. When that word is used it’s almost always associated with recruiting, but evaluating the individuals who are already on a team’s roster is just as important as evaluating high school prospects.

It’s impossible to know the needs in recruiting without it and a team will never be successful on the field unless there is a great understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of its players.
