Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly spoke following the 19-14 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday afternoon. 

On quarterback Ian Book receiving the message at halftime to settle down:
“He was 14 for 15 for 156 yards and two touchdowns in the second half. How did we do with that?” 

On Book’s game:
“If we really wanted to do a dive on this and get into it, the first two red zone possessions, field goals, settling for field goals.
