Rocco Spindler‍ knows how to find the bright spot of a disappointing situation.

The 2021 Michigan offensive lineman/defensive lineman tore his labrum midway through his Clarkston High School team’s state championship game back in November.

“I played the rest of the game with that, but I knew it was pretty bad,” Spindler said.

He had it checked out a couple weeks later and discovered there was “a slight tear, nothing major.
