Notre Dame was late to the party when it created the Irish Invasion camp in 2014. Urban Meyer at Florida started the splashy one-day camp concept with Friday Night Lights back in 2005 and they used it to their advantage.
It was something that consistently attracted the top prospects in Florida with a sprinkle of other elite players from across the nation.
