PROBABLE STARTERS
SCHOOL | NAME | RECORD (APPEARANCES) | ERA | IP | STRIKEOUTS |

Michigan State | LHP Jack Brockhaus | 0-0 | 6.75 | 17.1 | 14 |
WHAT TO WATCH
- Notre Dame and Michigan State will meet for the third final time this season. The two teams have split the previous games, so Tuesday will be for the “season series.”
- The Irish won 2-1 in Minneapolis as Jack Brannigan homered in the seventh inning to secure the win. Michigan State took the second game 6-2 on April 26th at Comerica Park.
- LHP Jack Findlay went 1.1 innings in relief in the second matchup with the Spartans. Findlay gave up one hit, one run, one walk and three strikeouts on 41 pitches.
- Notre Dame has scored just four runs in 18 innings against Michigan State, so getting the bats going on Tuesday will be one key for the Irish, especially coming off a break as Link Jarrett’s club hasn’t played since May 1st.
- All eyes will also be on the Notre Dame bullpen as the Irish look to replace RHP Ryan McLinksey, who was lost for the year. The Irish have just two more ACC weekends before postseason play and finding consistency from the bullpen will be critical if Notre Dame wants to make it Omaha. There is plenty of talent on the roster, but the Irish pitchers are inexperienced and have struggled to consistently find the strike zone at times this year.
