Here is the direction the offensive depth chart seems to be trending for Notre Dame's game vs. Ohio State.

QB - Buchner / Pyne
(This is Buchner's time to shine. I expect some growing pains though.)

RB - Tyree / Estime / Diggs / Payne
(We will see what they can do. I have some concerns. They will go as far as the OL takes them).

WR - Lenzy / Styles / Thomas / Colzie / Wilkins / Merriweather
(Very unproven group. A QB that hasn't proven he can be a passer first. Red flags here).

TE - Mayer / Berrong / Raridon / Staes
(Mayer will take pressure off of the QB and WR group. If he isn't healthy this year there will be big problems for ND).

OL - Fisher (LT) / Patterson (LG) / Correll (C) / Lugg (RG) / Alt (RT)
(Some highly touted players here. The season and this game depends on their performance).

It is starting to sink in just how important Mayer and the OL will be this year. I'm not overly confident in the skill positions or QB. I hope they prove me wrong!
