Post-Visit Update | Brenan Vernon
I touched base with a source to see how Brenan Vernon's official visit went: "It was awesome." Probably about as much as you're going to get as Vernon has done just one interview since his commitment haha. Kid continues to be about his business and Notre Dame.Notre Dame Fighting Irish Logo Lockup Tech Raglan Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Coaches on the Road | 5.11
It's Wednesday and Notre Dame's coaches are on the road. Notre Dame offensive coordinator Tommy Rees will head to the Northeast. One of Rees' stops will be a stop at Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School to check on one of the nation's top athletes in Ronan Hanafin. The Irish likely lead for the three-star prospect, but Hanafin has added offers from college football's elite over the spring. He'll be back on campus in June for his official. Running backs coach Deland McCullough is expected to continue his travels around Houston, while Chansi Stuckey will remain in Southern California. Tight ends coach Gerad Parker is expected to be in North Carolina. Offensive line coach Harry Hiestand will be at Bo Bauer's alma mater Cathedral Prep (Pa.) on Wednesday to check on 2024 offensive lineman Jiavani Cooley. The 6-foot-5, 265-pounder holds early offers from Akron, Pitt and Toledo. Defensive coordinator Al Golden is expected to be in Mentor (Ohio) on Wednesday to check up on 2023 defensive line commit Brenan Vernon. Notre Dame defensive line coach Al Washington will head to Texas to check on 2024 Melissa (Texas) defensive lineman Nigel Smith Jr., who has been to campus already and has quickly turned into one of the most coveted prospects in the country. Cornerbacks coach Mike Mickens is expected to be in Arizona and safeties coach Chris O'Leary will make his way around the Dallas area while Brian Mason is expected to remain in Northern California.
