Weekend Visit List Growing
Starting to get confirmation from some of the prospects who will be on campus for Saturday's game against Navy.A few prospects had already been confirmed, including 2021 commit Gabriel Rubio.A pair of top 2021 prospects with several Power Five offers wide receiver Dekel Crowdus and defensive end Aaron Armitage will also be on campus. Both have been to town before and it wouldn't be a surprise if either or both eventually got offered. At least for Armitage, I'm sure it's an offer he would take very, very seriously.Earlier in the week, we heard from a couple 2022 prospects, quarterback Gunnar Smith and offensive lineman Hunter Whitenack, that they'd be in attendance.Just today, we heard from several others. We'll update this list as it grows and will have a more in-depth preview tomorrow.2021 Ohio WR Andrew Wilson-Lamp (Offers: Pitt, West Virginia, Iowa State)2021 Kansas OL Noah Bolticoff (Offers: Kansas, Kansas State)2021 Kentucky OL Parker Bates (Offer: Kentucky)2021 California DB Mitch Leigber (Offers: Washington State, Oregon State, Colorado State)2021 Illinois K/P Ian Wagner (Offer: Iowa)2022 New Jersey QB Donovan Leary (Offers: Maryland, Rutgers, Temple)2022 Tennessee WR Tommy Winton (Offers: Tennessee, Mississippi State, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech) 2022 Iowa DB Xavier Nwankpa (Offers: Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska)2022 Minnesota DB Trevon Howard (Offers: Minnesota, Iowa State)2023 Ohio DL Brenan Vernon (Offers: Duke, Indiana, Kent State)

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Irish Sports Daily rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Irish Sports Daily Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Irish Sports Daily readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Notre Dame and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Notre Dame and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
