The first rule of spring games is not to overreact to spring games. Most ISD subscribers know that this is something I preach and for the most part it’s been proven right.

I write or say it often because I have to remind myself as well. Don’t overreact, in a positive or negative way, to a performance in a spring game. It’s just one practice. One of only two that the media saw this spring.
