BREAKING: Wardlow Selects Irish Over Maryland, Virginia Tech

There’s no doubt Notre Dame was scrambling at the end of the recruiting process, but the Irish couldn’t have run the scramble drill much better than they did, closing on multiple prospects in the final week of the process.

The latest is Kofi Wardlow, the Washington, D.C. defensive end, who just announced his commitment to Notre Dame.

"(Notre Dame) is going to challenge me the best," Wardlow told Irish Sports Daily about his decision on Wednesday morning.
