Frank Commentary: Offensive Signees

It’s yet another signing day in my professional life, and I’ve seen so many of these come and go over the years that it seems you get jaded after awhile.  Gone is the giddiness I used to get on signing day’s past, but hopefully it’s been replaced by a bit more knowledge and experience when it comes to evaluating these signees.
