Becca Sites Returning to Notre Dame as Recruiting Analyst

Notre Dame will add a familiar name to its support staff as Becca Sites will return to the football program as a recruiting analyst. 

She will fill the opening left by Caleb Davis, who will serve as Gerad Parker’s Director of Player Personnel at Group of Five powerhouse Troy. 

Sites, who has spent time over the last year as a special education teacher in the South Bend area, had previously worked with the Irish as a recruiting intern from 2017-2023. 

As an intern, Sites received several high remarks in the past from recruits and parents, including from long-time NBA veteran Raja Bell, the father of 2026 quarterback Dia Bell‍, following a multi-day visit for camp. 

Sites graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Mary’s College in 2022 and received a master’s in Autism Studies in 2023.
