With the resumption of the dead period, which will last the entire month of August, and the start of fall camp, recruiting will take a bit of a backseat to preparations for the upcoming season…well, at least as much of a backseat as recruiting will ever take, which isn’t much, especially at Notre Dame.

Still, there are some notes worth going over, both looking back and looking forward.
