Kingston Miles‍ didn’t leave Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday until the game was over, but that meant the 2027 Missouri running back left at halftime of the Irish’s 70-7 win over Syracuse.

Still, the St. Mary’s Southside Catholic High School star enjoyed himself while he was on campus.

“It was great; great atmosphere, great fans, great students,” the 6-foot, 195-pounder said. “Everything was good.

“We left at halftime, but I met a couple of recruiting directors. I met Jourdan (Blake) and Justice (Bathas) and Carter (Auman), all good dudes.”

The Irish staffers talked about why they were interested in Miles.

“They said they liked my film,” he said. “I was trying to talk to Coach (Ja’Juan) Seider, but we left the game earlier.

“They were good people.”

Miles already has a dozen offers from Wisconsin, Nebraska, Michigan State, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Iowa, Iowa State, Cincinnati and Illinois.

He was certainly impressed with the Irish’s rushing attack against the Orange.

“It's great; just the rotation and how they prioritize their backs,” he said.

“That was my first time at Notre Dame. My first time was my best time; just it being so loud and the fans, it was a good experience.”

Miles doesn’t have any other visits planned the rest of the season, but expects to stay in touch with the Irish and said he will “for sure” be back in South Bend.

“Hopefully just to build a better relationship with everybody there,” he said of what’s next for him and Notre Dame.

He’s also visited Missouri, Wisconsin and Indiana this season.

He isn’t in a rush to make a final decision or even start trimming his list.

“I'm going to do all that in the summer, May or June.”
