The week players report back to campus for the summer is always an interesting week. Transfers happen every year at every program in June and Notre Dame had a flurry of them with Josh Barajas, Tristen Hoge, and Parker Boudreaux all leaving and graduate transfer Cam Smith coming in. Throw in the medical disqualification for Tyler Luatua and the commitment from 2018 defensive tackle Ja'mion Franklin and it took a lot of the focus away from Notre Dame's big recruiting weekend they have scheduled.
