Simon Explains Decision

It may have been a difficult decision, but the end it was clear to Shayne Simon and was one he could make with confidence.

“I really felt I could better myself academically and athletically to the highest ability at Notre Dame,” the 2018 New Jersey linebacker/safety prospect said late Tuesday night after announcing his commitment to the Irish earlier in the day.

“I feel like they have the right structure there for me to become the best I can be as an all-around man.
