Notre Dame Commits Happy To Land Osita Ekwonu

Notre Dame landed its third commitment in three days as 2019 Providence Day School (N.C.) linebacker Ositadinma Ekwonu‍ made his decision on Thursday afternoon. 

The four-star prospect committing to Notre Dame had the 2019 recruiting class fired up to add another piece to the puzzle. 

DE NaNa Osafo-Mensah‍: "Ever since I met him on our official visit I knew he was a player I could trust on the field and a brother in life!!"

DT Jacob Lacey‍: "We are gonna be lit! My man in the middle! Welcome Osi! Let’s get it!" 

DT Hunter Spears‍: "I’m so excited to have Osi as part of the family. I got to know him on our official visit and he’s a great dude and an absolute baller. He will help solidify the defense for this class and I can’t wait to get to work with him."
