2020 CB Clark Phillips III Talks Notre Dame Offer

Notre Dame was an offer Clark Phillips‍ wanted badly, so it’s no surprise the 2020 California cornerback is excited about receiving that offer earlier this week.

“It’s a big one,” the 5-foot-10, 178-pounder said. “It’s bigger than football to me.”

The La Habra High School standout has been in communication with Irish defensive backs coach Todd Lyght for months.
