Sometimes when a team has a quarterback that is clearly better than the guy he is playing against, the individual matchups might not mean as much. Notre Dame doesn’t have their QB1 against Florida State so in my mind that makes these key one on ones that much more important.
A lot of these appear to be advantages for the Irish and if it goes that way, this game could still end up fairly lopsided. If it doesn’t go that way, we could be looking at a tight game tomorrow night.
