George Rooks had already heard plenty about Notre Dame by the time the 2021 New Jersey defensive end got word that he had received a scholarship offer from the Irish.
Rooks plays at St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, a school that currently has four players on the Irish roster, including quarterback Brandon Wimbush.
