Video | Under Armour Camp: OL-DL
The Under Armour Camp series was in Columbus on Sunday and several Notre Dame targets were in town to compete.
2022 offensive lineman Carson Hinzman made the trip from Wisconsin, while 2023 Wanye (Ohio) standout Joshua Padilla made the drive up from the Dayton area. Top 2023 Iowa offensive lineman Kadyn Proctor was also in attendance, but the camp did not give him reps in 1-on-1s.
All eyes were one top-ranked 2023 Mentor (Ohio) defensive end Brenan Vernon as he’s a top target for Michigan, Ohio State and Notre Dame. 2023 Cass Tech (Mich.) defensive end Jalen Thompson was also in town and had a good camp.
Padilla won offensive line MVP.
Note: Due to COVID, portions of the camp were unable to filmed from the location we were at, so not a lot of offensive line video. Players were also limited to essentially two reps in 1-on-1s.
