Notes On Notre Dame's Newest LB Offer
Notre Dame extended an offer to Bodie Kahoun and its an offer the 2024 Virginia linebacker is clearly serious about.
Immediately after the offer, the Patrick Henry High School standout told Irish Sports Daily he was “very excited” about it.
In fact, he already has a visit set to get to South Bend to see an Irish spring practice on March 22nd.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pounder is a lacrosse standout as well and actually committed to play lacrosse for Ohio State back in September. He remains a Buckeye lacrosse commit, but his football profile has exploded since the end of his junior season with college coaches getting the chance to visit the school and see him in person.
A former safety, Kahoun made the transition to linebacker this past season, which also helped boost his recruitment.
In the last few weeks alone, Kahoun has landed offers from Virginia Tech, NC State, James Madison, Marshall, Old Dominion and Tennessee.
Patrick Henry head coach Alan Fiddler told ISD that Kahoun is “the total package” and is a “no-brainer” for college coaches.
