Notre Dame landed 2019 Edina (Minn.) offensive lineman Quinn Carroll on Tuesday night. The four-star prospect chose the Irish over Minnesota, Ohio State, Penn State, Virginia and Wisconsin with KARE 11's Randy Shaver.
