QB Brendon Clark‍ (Manchester High School)
Manchester High School won in blow out fashion 75-0 against Riverbend High School on Friday
night. Clark threw for three touchdowns on the night, an eight-yard strike to Kevin Henderson Jr. in the first quarter, a 25-yard pass to Kei’trel Clark again in the first and lastly a 3-yard pass to Zach Bowman in the second. Manchester will look to improve to 3-0 on the season when they face off against Cosby High School on Friday, September 7th .

RB Kyren Williams‍ (St.John-Vianney High School)
St. John-Vianney High School bounced back after their opening week loss with a 63-17 win over Althoff Catholic on Friday night. Williams started the scoring for his team with a 43-yard touchdown reception. He also added a 30-yard fumble recovery touchdown in the dominating win. Williams and his teammates will be back in action on Friday, September, 7th on the road against Hellas High School.

WR Cam Hart‍ (Our Lady of Good Counsel High School)
Our Lady of Good Counsel High School tied their second game of the season 35-35 against
Archbishop Spalding High School on Friday night. Hart and his teammates will be back in action Friday, September 7th against Mt. St. Joseph High School at home.

OL Quinn Carroll‍ (Edina High School)
Edina High School won their first game on the season Thursday night with a closely contested 13-8 win over Lakeville South. Carroll led an offensive line that allowed his offense to rack up 283 yards on the ground.

OL Zeke Correll‍ (Anderson High School)
Anderson High School won their second game of the season with a tightly contested 36-31 win over Hamilton High School to improve to 2-0 on the season.

OL Andrew Kristofic‍ (Pine-Richland High School)
Pine-Richland High School bounced back after a week one loss with a dominant 49-0 win over
Hempfield Area on Saturday. Kristofic led the offensive line and helped a rolling offense score five rushing touchdowns and two through the air.

OL John Olmstead‍ (St. Joseph High School)
St. Joseph High School lost their season opener Thursday night in a defensive slugfest 9-7 against North Brunswick High School. Olmstead and his teammates will be back in action on Saturday, September 8th against Colonia High School at home.

DE Howard Cross III‍ (St. Joseph Regional High School)
St. Joseph Regional High School traveled to Florida to take on American Heritage High School for their opener Saturday. St. Joseph Regional, unfortunately, lost a close matchup 20-17 to start the season 0-1. Cross III accounted for five tackles. Cross III and his teammates will be back in action Saturday, September 8th to take on Imhotep Charter at home.DE

NaNa Osafo-Mensah‍  (Nolan Catholic High School)
Nolan Catholic High School won their home-opener Friday night in dominant fashion 29-6 against Kinkaid High School. The Nolan Catholic defense led by Osafo-Mensah only let up 180 yards as a defense. The 6-foot-4, 231-pounder was acknowledged by the Fort-Worth Star-Telegram as the defensive player of the game for his performance in the opener. Osafo-Mensah and his teammates at Nolan Catholic High aSchool will be back in action Friday, September 7 th on the road against
Burkburnett High School.

DT Jacob Lacey‍ (South Warren High School)
South Warren High School led by senior defensive tackle Jacob Lacey improved to 3-0 on the season with a 36-14 win over Franklin-Simpson High School. South Warren High School coasted after halftime with a 36-0 lead at that point. Lacey and his teammates at South Warren High School will be back in action Friday, September 7th at home against Central Hardin High School.

DT Hunter Spears‍ (Sachse High School)
Sachse High School traveled to Coppell High School for their first game of the season and lost a close one 30-28. Spears who missed last season with a knee injury made an impact causing destruction in Coppell’s backfield accounting for a few TFL and a QB hurry. Spears and his teammates at Sachse High School will be back in action Saturday, September 8th against Trinity High School.

LB Ositadinma Ekwonu‍ (Providence Day School)
Ekwonu and his teammates at Providence Day were on a bye this week, but will look for their first win on the road against North Stanly High School on Friday, September 7th.

LB Jack Kiser‍ (Pioneer High School)
Pioneer High School improved to 3-0 on the young season with a 66-19 win over Lakeville High School led by Kiser. The 6-foot-2, 206-pounder went 6-for-8 passing for 85 yards and a touchdown. He also ran for 150 yards and four touchdowns on 14 carries. The linebacker commit was also dominant on defense. He recorded 11 tackles, an interception, and a forced fumble. Kiser will be back in action on Friday, September 7th a home against Caston High School.

CB KJ Wallace‍ (Lovett School)
Lovett School finally got into the win column on Friday night with a 43-0 shutout win over Business Engineering Science Tech to improve to 1-2 on the young season. Wallace made the play of the game in the second quarter when he made an amazing one-handed grab for a 22 yard touchdown to put his team up 20-0. Wallace also scored his team’s first touchdown on the night with a 2-yard touchdown on the ground. Lovett School will look to get to .500 on Friday, September 7th when they play Mary Persons High School on the road.

S Litchfield Ajavon‍ (Episcopal High School)
The first game is set for Saturday, September 15th at 7:00 PM on the road against Gilman High
School. 

S Kyle Hamilton‍  (Marist High School) 
Marist High School stayed hot in their second game with a 33-14 road win against Baylor High
School to improve to 2-0 on the season. Hamilton dominated the matchup with two catches for 30 yards, but made most of his impact on special teams with a blocked field-goal he returned 67 yards for a touchdown right before halftime and returned the second-half kickoff 99 yards to the house.

This was the difference in the game. Marist will play on the road Friday, September 7 th against
Westminster High School.

"The guy killed us with the returns," said Baylor coach Phil Massey. "It was a tied game and wevhad forced a turnover, and then we get the field goal blocked. The return to open the second

P Jay Bramblett‍ (Hillcrest High School)
Hillcrest High School fell to Tuscaloosa County High School 42-30 in overtime Friday night to drop to 0-2 on the season. Bramblett showed his powerful leg in the contest booting a 57-yard punt while his team was backed up in their territory. Bramblett and his teammates will be back in action Friday, September 7th on the road against Hueytown High School.

QB Drew Pyne‍ (New Canaan High School) 
First game is set for Saturday, September 8th at 1:30 PM on the road against St. Joseph High
School. 

TE Kevin Bauman‍ (Red Bank Catholic High School)
Red Bank Catholic High School opened up their season on Friday night with a 41-14 blowout win
over St. John-Vianney. The 6-foot-5, 225-pound tight end led his team in the receiving column.
Bauman caught four passes for 50 yards on the night. Bauman and his teammates at Red Bank
Catholic High School will be back in action Friday September 7th, at home against Ocean Township High School.

TE Michael Mayer‍ (Covington Catholic)
Covington Catholic won their week three matchup on Friday night to improve to 3-0 on the season.

They dominated Cooper High School 54-7 after resuming the second half of play on Saturday due to lightning. Mayer made an acrobatic touchdown catch over two Cooper defenders early in the second quarter to put his team up 20-0. Mayer and his teammates will look to stay hot Friday, September 7th at home against Kings High School.
