Story of the first half: Horrible passes to wide open receivers, dropped passes by receivers, why are we even talking about the passing game, what happened to our running game, horrible tackling, although the defense seems to have steadied itself.

The one thing we could not do is turn it over. And now we have done it 3 times. Maybe Wisconsin has it right. Play only 4 road games and against really crappy teams. Because beating really good teams on the road is something we just can't do.

The defense did well to hold them to 3 on the last Wimbush pass of the first half. Or else this could be 31-0. God I didn't think this could happen to this team. What a nightmare.

I'm just stunned by how bad our gameplan is

Where is a screen?


They slant and blitz...

You have to use misdirection...screens

And quick hitting running plays

I'm mystified



After two series Long can't figure that out?

This is really really bad coaching by everyone on the offense

I guess if you would have said 10-2 in August, we'd probably be pretty happy. Of course I'm now a little worried about the next two. Just disappointing to not show up on the big stage.

This is college. Teams crap the bed sometimes (look no further than OSU last week). This is a hostile environment, and ND didn't match their energy. Got behind and panicked....hasn't happened to them this year.

So? As an ND fan you should know about all the injuries we had in 2015. Did anyone give us any sympathy? Injuries are part of the game including for Bama. Guess the antler spray didn't work well this year.

I hate to say it but Ive never seen a starting qb at a bigtime program get the deer in the headlights look like BW. I have lost all faith in him leading this team to anything meaningful.

I'm gonna over correct here: join a conference. It's too hard to be perfect and play this schedule. Join a conference. Miami is playing so much more relaxed bc they have an opportunity to win the ACC. We are all or nothing non stop 12 games a season.

I just don't see the physicality up front... I see great effort from some but not as a whole. Even though UGA game this team played hard. They cannot quit. That offense has made it tough on the defense. Special team are awful.

Do you really believe this performance is because we aren't in a conference? Seriously? Miami just wants to beat us because we beat them inexplicably last year and it puts them in the playoff conversation. They could care less about the ACC at this point.
