What's the advantage of being independent in 2017?

Playing on TV?
Having a "national schedule"?
Recruiting? (Not like we've been killing it with Cali or Texas kids lately)

So we can what? Keep all of our bowl money? So we can fret and worry about not having a conf champ game? So we can get our knees bent backwards every year by Navy chop blocks?

Time to reconsider.

Can't wait for you to answer this question - If we are in the ACC how can we recruit nationally? We aren't Ohio St which you are a closet fan of I'm sure where you have a ton of in state high school talent. Can't wait to hear this answer. Also this is what the rest of college football wants because it would officially make us like Vanderbilt or Northwestern.

I'm burned out. Not watching this garbage anymore.

I expected at the very least, fight and want to from this team. They floundered in the WORST way possible.

Shame on you all. Golden opportunity, and you floundered it away.

Watch - Miami has not been called for a penalty the entire game but up 33, they will be called for several penalties to bring it back to even.

Hey Chip,

Your chance to run the football is LONG gone. Your only chance rests on your QB's shoulders, which is exactly where you didn't want to be.

Live and die by your QB. You need to throw all 3 downs with the occasional draw.
