Irish Invasion Preview | RB/WR/TE

Notre Dame will host several 2026 targets and commits this month - in fact, the Irish already have.

But as the Irish are trying to shore up their current recruiting class, as always, they’re also at work on the classes coming behind them and will host dozens of prospects for this weekend’s Irish Invasion.

In advance, we’re taking a look at some of the prospects expected to participate in Friday’s showcase camp. This is not an exhaustive list.

We fully expect more newsworthy players to be added to the list before the end of the week and as always, we anticipate some last-minute scratches.

We took a look at the quarterbacks already, now we turn our attention to some of the other offensive skill players expected to attend.

The group is stacked with tight ends, including five tight end targets who already hold offers from the Irish.

Kentucky TE Seneca Driver

Kentucky’s Seneca Driver‍ picked up his Notre Dame offer on Pot of Gold Day and immediately scheduled a visit for one week later, a trip he thoroughly enjoyed. Now, the nephew of former Irish running back Tony Driver, is returning for another look. Driver is a big-time prospect with offers from schools like Ohio State, Michigan, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Penn State, Texas and Texas A&M among others. Notre Dame obviously has a connection through his uncle, but Driver’s father played at Kentucky.

In addition to Notre Dame, Oklahoma’s Titus Hawk‍ has offers from Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, TCU, Baylor, Nebraska, Missouri, Florida, Miami, Arkansas and Penn State among many others. Both of his parents attended Oklahoma State and many assumed he was a lock to be a Cowboy, but we’re told that’s not necessarily the case. Hawk’s family has stressed him having the chance to go through his own process and pick the school he thinks is best for him. And it’s early, but there are at least some reasons for Notre Dame to be optimistic about its chances of being that school.

Georgia’s Grant Haviland‍ also has an impressive offer sheet that includes Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Miami, Ohio State, Michigan and Texas among several others. The Irish’s overall history of success as well as their success specifically with tight ends has him interested. He’s had conversations with offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock, tight ends assistant Harris Bivin and even one chat with head coach Marcus Freeman the day he received the offer, but he’s looking to get a true feel for the personalities and culture in South Bend. He’s also hitting Clemson and Michigan this week before stops at Ole Miss and Florida later in the month.

Missouri athlete Jack Brown‍ spent a couple days in South Bend back in April and left impressed, so it isn’t a major surprise that he’s returning, although it is telling. The Irish aren’t quite sure if they like the 6-foot-5, 215-pounder as a tight end or an edge defender just that they want him. For his part, Brown says he has “no preference at all.” Brown “loved” his first visit to South Bend, so expect the Irish to impress him again and solidify their spot on the short list for a prospect who also has offers from schools like Alabama, Michigan, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M and USC among many others.

North Carolina’s Jaxon Dollar‍ picked up his Irish offer back in April. He also has offers from schools like North Carolina, NC State, Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Ohio State and Miami among several others. Dollar hasn’t visited many schools to date, so the fact that he locked in a trip all of the way out to South Bend at this point is encouraging.

Illinois WR Quentin Burrell

At wide receiver, the Irish are hosting one big-time prospect who already has an offer in Illinois’ Quentin Burrell‍. The Mount Carmel standout has dozens of offers from schools like Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, Indiana, Wisconsin, Auburn, Ole Miss, Arizona State and Washington among several others. He was in South Bend in April and appreciated Irish receivers coach Mike Brown coming up to Chicago to see him in May. He’s also looking hard at Ohio State, Penn State and Arizona State among others.

We also have a couple prospects without Irish offers who we see as notable.

2027 Iowa running back Savion Miller‍ has early offers from Iowa State, Missouri and Miami. The Irish already have a pretty strong stable of running back targets on the board already, but we’ve seen backs jump out at this camp in the past.

2027 Louisiana receiver Hendrix Hill‍ attends the same Isidore Newman High School that produced Peyton, Eli and Arch Manning. Hill already has offers from Baylor and Washington among others.
