Kelly has to go. He talks about Grit but I saw very little today, none last week and very little in the 2nd half against Wake. I have been a BK apologist for years. It's over. He's an 8-10 win guy, not a National Championship coach.

We did stop them they only had 300 total yds. Check their stats for the season. Nice to win close game.

Senior day is so emotional at ND that the team almost always plays poorly plus it is Navy who is always tough. I know we did not play well but I do not think it means anything other than the combination of Senior Day and Navy makes it hard. Navy's ability to control so much time of possession makes it almost impossible to get into any rhythm.

If anything the fact that we fought back in the 3rd quarter to take the lead should mean something to this team and any reasonable fans. The hysteria and many comments on this board really have to be seen to be believed.

Too often we have struggled on senior day but managed to win and then gone on the next week and played even worse at USC or Stanford and lost. Hopefully this won't be such a year. Go Irish!
